The campaign in War Wind has four separate chapters that are, with the exception of the final missions, largely complementary. In chronological order, the Eaggra campaign is the first one, followed by the Tha'Roon and Obblinox campaigns, with the Shama'Li campaign coming in last.

Tha'Roon missions[ | ]

Obblinox missions[ | ]

  • Staging Area: Build 5 homes, 1 courthouse, 1 inn, and 1 tech facility; No arcanery available (Hi'Kama, Wild Lands)
  • Purging the Traitors: Destroy all Eaggra (Old Imperial Nation)
  • Destruction of Bedraltar: Destroy all enemy Obblinox (Gabel and Bedraltar, Gray Water Swamp)
  • Penthedium Infiltration: Acquire the Tha'Roon plans to the south-west (killing Tha'Roon is actually permitted) (Penthedium Citadel, Imperial Nation)
  • Assassination of Mim'Nin: Kill the Tha'Roon high elder (Crue Pan, Imperial Nation)
  • Twin Cities: Wipe out all Eaggra forces (Albierta and SulDeos, Terache)
  • Beyond Spies: Destroy all Tha'Roon forces (Citadel of Spires, Northern Wastes)

Eaggra missions[ | ]

  • Rebellion: Destroy all Obblinox and wildlife in the area (Black Pit Lake labor colony)
  • Force of Arms: Steal the weapon crates and bring them to the designated position (Ghumb, Black Pit Lake)
  • Securing Don'Dien: Build a base at the Don'Dien ruins (Don'Dien)
  • Breaking the Machine: Liberate the slaves (The Machine labor camp)
  • Living Wood: Deliver the truck bearing the sculpture to the designated position (Mount Caranei University, Great Chasm Lake)
  • Ruin of Terache: Destroy all Obblinox (Albierta and SulDeos, Terache)
  • Winter Storm: Destroy all Tha'Roon forces (Citadel of Spires, Northern Wastes)
