The campaign in War Wind II has four separate chapters that seem to run partially in parallel and partially against one another.

Overlord missions[ | ]

At this point, the game allows you to choose two paths
Taking down House Mondra and ending war on Yavaun or supporting the Prime Minister. The following two missions assume you sided with the Rigtheous.
The next two missions occur if you report the Righteous to the Prime Minister.
  • Slaughter the Traitors: In the end, the renegade Tha'Roon are wiped out together with the Minister and you are given the Overlord throne. Your first executive decision concerns establishing supremacy over Yavaun.
  • Mountains of Corpses will start if you decide to wipe out the Servants Under NagaRom, while Tha'Roon Supremacy will take place if you decide on a course of wholesale genocide and eliminating all three rival races, including the Obblinox.

Marine missions[ | ]

The next missions are the result of a choice: Either focus on destroying the Artifact Vehicle to sway Descendants towards the Marine cause or focus on founding a new nation.

The final mission depends on the choice you make: Either defend the fledgling Marine nation or acquire the descendant's nuclear weapon to bow the Overlords into submission.

Descendant missions[ | ]

The next mission hinges on your decision as to how to proceed with Juien's advice: Collecting human artifacts to escape Yavaun or searching for the mythical Atlantis Gate.
